If your iPhone's speaker sounds muffled after getting wet, open Wick and tap Clean & measure. Wick plays low-frequency tones that vibrate trapped water out of the speaker, then measures the sound before and after so you can hear the difference. Turn your volume up and use the built-in speaker (not headphones) for best results. The reading depends on your surroundings and phone position and does not diagnose damage.
Check that audio is playing through your iPhone speaker, not connected headphones. If the phone may still be wet, follow the safe drying steps before trying another clean. Sound may help with water near the speaker opening, but cannot repair hardware damage.
